Production Process

Our production lines are equipped for complete production of electric and small volume water heaters up to 300 liters of volume. In the production of large-capacity boilers with heat exchangers, we apply wet enamel technology, up to 1000 l capacity. Complete production process is divided into a number of interrelated organizational units - mechanical fabrication, welding, enameling, powder coating, plastic molding, mounting and packaging. The storage water heaters manufacturing technology applies electrostatic enameling, electrostatic paint application and molding insulation, resulting in high quality of products, according to the prescribed standards of quality and environmental protection. All water heaters are subject to the process of final quality control, which means examination of welds, tightness, electrical installations and functionality.
